Learn some great ways to enjoy dining out.

Part 3:  Regular activity plays a key role in managing diabetes. Setting a consistent exercise schedule can lower blood glucose levels. It is also an important part of living a healthy lifestyle. Setting goals is another important part of diabetes management. Setting smaller short-term goals helps to build new habits and help to reach long-term goals. Remember to set SMART goals-goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.

Part 4: Living with diabetes, you may experience hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. Learn important tips and tools on how to correctly treat low blood sugar. Living with diabetes can affect all parts of your body including your skin and feet. Ensure you maintain regular foot and skin checkups as part of managing your diabetes.

Healthy Lifestyle:  The final module of this course covers healthy living basics. A healthy lifestyle can be achieved with some changes and without a lot of sacrifice. In this part, you'll learn about 6 basic health essentials.
